Shaker Heights home…Once Owned by a Cleveland Browns Coach!

This home was once owned by one of our Cleveland Browns coaches! The seller had only owned the home a few years and needed to realize top dollar. With that in mind, we suggested and implemented new paint colors in key places, a new master bath that rocks! An updated bath upstairs, and in the kitchen we added a small area of new backsplash, replaced the family room fireplace mantle, and covered the tile laundry room floor witha new vinyl patterned floor (this saved the expense of tearing out the old floor too!) Then we brought in our bling and staged it! The home was listed for 1M and sold for 1.15M during a bidding war in the first weekend on the market!

Avon Lake -Vacant Staging

Beachwood -Vacant Staging

In this home we helped the family to transition into another lifestyle and freed them to move on by taking over the responsibility of improving the home. We painted throughout, installed new lighting, tore up the carpet to find the gem of beautiful hardwood which we refinished! Then we updated the pink bathroom and kitchen before staging! We hope you enjoy the pics!

Cleveland Heights - Vacant Staging

We helped the homeowner by installing new carpet to replace the outdated berber carpet before staging it to sell!

Huntington - Vacant Staging

This condo was listed previously with another Realtor and did not sell-precious time wasted. The next Realtor brought us in where we selected new paint colors and window treatments, then we staged it using our own inventory of beautiful items and talent and it sold beating market time!

Cleveland - Owner Occupied Staging

The homeowners were comfortable living in the home for many years. We helped them to update affordably by painting the oak kitchen cabinets to white, selecting new paint colors for the majority of the home. We also installed new carpet and lighting in key areas. We did keep the kitchen floor (which was cleaned by steaming) and the floral wallpaper in the upstairs hall! Then we staged it! They were well rewarded with a fast sale for top dollar!

Massillon - Owner Occupied Staging

SOLD! WEEK ONE! We staged the home from our inventory of beautiful pieces combined with the homeowners items! Their neighbors loved it and wanted to buy some of our pieces!

Shaker Heights - Owner Occupied Staging

After enjoying the home from many years, we were invited to help update the home. We worked with the white kitchen cabinets updating them with new handles to match the new backsplash. We painted the island dark and installed a quartz countertop and new electric cooktop. We also removed an old electric fan light system and selected and installed new lighting and flooring. Throughout the home we painted walls and trim. The master bathroom was transformed from a bubble gum pink tile with the original cabinet, to a new ceramic floor and cabinet with marble top, new sinks, faucets, lighting, wall color and soaking tub!

Shaker Heights - Vacant Staging

This home was listed previously with another Realtor and did not sell-precious time wasted. The next Realtor told the homeowner you can list at $274,500 if you do what Staged to SELL Homes suggests. Or, you can leave it as is and we will list it at $249,900 where I cannot guarantee that we will not have to do another price reduction. We were brought in and did cosmetic updating in key areas. We selected new paint colors and lighting. We also installed new carpet on the stairs and replace a thirty-inch bathroom sink top with marble and new gold-colored fixtures along with a fog-free Bluetooth, backlit mirror to replace the old medicine cabinet and old-style lighting. Then we staged it using our own inventory of beautiful items and talent and it SOLD in four days for $272,000!
